Sam Crowley completed his undergraduate training at the University of California, Davis, and then worked as a research associate for two years at UC Berkeley in the laboratory of Bill Jagust.  His work in Dr. Price’s lab primarily involves using neuroimaging in Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative disorders to investigate how abnormal neurophysiological mechanisms that lead to cognitive deficits.

He is currently beginning work on his dissertation, which will compare brain structure and function between individuals with Parkinson’s disease with differing presentation of cognitive deficits.
